Rinse and repeat. It's the same thing everyday, no matter what, until we end up in the ground a pile of bones. We beat damn near impossible odds to actually exist in a universe where non-existence is the norm. We can from nothing, and will return to nothing. Make the most of it, let petty things go, and live.
