What am I doing wrong 😑
I am a mom a wife a daughter and I try to b me also a professional corporate America’s at one point was all a ok work life balance family inclusive culture but that’s not it anymore
I feel like I am falling asleep 😴 driving in I have to use sick and vacación days to be part of my children’s life.
My husband say I shouldn’t just stop everything and concentrate on motherhood so by I wont resent myself or the children later but let’s face it k have been at c company for 3 years now and I am the only mom on my team

They bypass me, don’t see my word and all I am is walking talking bundle culture and energy
