It's easy for CEOs and executives that make millions to force people back in office when their lives are much easier. They can afford the best child care, personal drivers, assistants, etc to manage their lives and responsibilities for them while shitting on the people that work under them. Taking calls and working on a computer all day can be done at home. And for those people that complain their job doesn't let them work from home like delivery drivers and other hands on work type jobs...NO SHIT! Don't like it? Get another job where you can work from home.
