I can be talking to my friends and I'll admit sometimes I'll exaggerate a bit for the sake of the story, but my husband takes it upon himself to correct me in front of everyone. Sometimes it embarrasses me and kills the whole vibe. One of my friends even asked me if everything was okay between my husband and me and the fact she asked that bothered me. I've told him to please stop feeling the need to correct me, especially when the conversations don't involve him in the stories at all, but he keeps doing it. I might start doing it to him just so he can see how I feel, but I don't like to be petty.
