I'm turning 40 in 2 weeks, and good christ do I feel old. Is this half my life already? Will I even make it until 80? What will I be remembered for? I wish I knew the answer to these questions. I'm afraid of what will come and the anticipation, but at peace with it at the same time since there's nothing I can do about the inevitable. What a strange thing it is being human.
