My ex texted me Happy New Years yesterday after splitting up for 4 months and I hate her for it. I spent months trying to feel better about myself and move on and then out of the blue she takes a second of her time to message me again and now I miss her. All of those feelings come rushing back and I start overthinking everything. If she thought about me does that mean she wants me to text back and maybe start something again? I hate when women do this. If we're done we're done. Don't message us or try to show us you're still thinking of us. It's hard enough to have to move on. If it wasn't in the cards for us just let us be.
